It says my details don't match when I try to register. What now?

Our system does a quick check in the background to ensure that the information you've provided matches what's on your ID. So you'll need to enter your name(s)surname and ID number exactly as it appears on your ID document to complete your Spot registration successfully.

You'll be prompted to try and add your details again. If you get stuck, chat to our friendly Support team by tapping the Get Help button.
