It Says My Details Don't Match When I Try To Register - What Now?

When you enter your information during the registration step, our system performs a background verification check to ensure that the information you've provided matches what's on your ID. 

So you'll need to enter the following details exactly as they appear on your ID document:

  • First Name(s)
  • Surname  
  • ID number 

If you fail to do so, you'll be prompted to try again. If you get stuck, you can chat with our Support Team by tapping the "Help" button in-app or on the website.


To find the "Help" button in the app, navigate to the homepage of your app, scroll down to the "Quick Links" section, select "More...", and then select the "Help" option:
