Don’t worry! If you're not home when the courier comes to deliver your Spot card, they will make a second attempt to deliver it.

Here’s what happens:

  1. Second Attempt: The courier will try again to deliver your card if you’re not home during the first attempt.
  2. Notification: You’ll receive a message from our delivery partner, Pargo, notifying you of the second delivery attempt.

Why it's important: This process ensures that you receive your Spot card safely and securely. Completing the delivery ensures you can start using your Spot account and its full features.
