The delivery time for your Spot card depends on your location:
- Main cities: 3-5 business days
- Regional areas: 5-7 business days (depending on the area)
Our courier partner, Pargo, will keep you updated via email and SMS. You can also track your delivery on the Pargo website: https://pargo.co.za/track-trace/ using the waybill number provided in your notifications.
What if my card hasn’t arrived?
If your card hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your SMS or email notifications for any updates from Pargo.
- Track your order on the Pargo website using your waybill number.
- If you still haven’t received your card, contact our Support Team via the "Help" button in your Spot app for assistance.
