Even though you have an Android device, there are a few reasons why you might not be able to use the tap-to-pay feature:

NFC Capability:

Tap-to-pay relies on a technology called Near Field Communication (NFC). If your phone doesn’t have NFC, it won’t be able to communicate with payment terminals. You can check this in your phone's settings under “Connections” or “Wireless & Networks.”

Software Compatibility:

Your device needs to run at least Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher for Google Pay to work. If your device is running an older version of Android, the feature won’t be available.

App Setup:

Even with a compatible device, you’ll need to download and set up a payment app like Google Pay or Samsung Pay. If the app isn’t installed or set up with your card, you won’t be able to use tap-to-pay.

Bank Support:

Not all banks or payment cards support tap-to-pay yet. Double-check if your card is compatible with mobile payments through your banking app or website.

Device-Specific Issues:

Some devices, like newer Huawei models, don’t support Google Pay due to restrictions. In such cases, you may need to use other payment methods.
