How do I buy prepaid electricity on my Spot app?

First things first, make sure you have the correct municipality and meter number at hand. To buy prepaid electricity:

1. Sign in to your Spot app. 
2. Tap Electricity.
3. Enter your meter number and name.
4. Tap Next.  
5. Enter your amount and select which account to pay from.
6. Tap Continue and that’s it.

We’ll send you an SMS with your electricity token. You'll also be able to view your electricity token details from within your app. Here's how:

1. On your Spot App home screen, review your transactions and tap on your Prepaid Electricity purchase.
2. Tap View receipt and you'll be presented with your prepaid electricity token details.
