In order to be eligible for Airtime Rewards, you must possess a Spot Mobile or uConnect SIM card. If you already have a SIM card, you can connect your Spot Mobile SIM to Airtime Rewards within the app by completing the designated steps. Alternatively, you can choose to order a new SIM card by tapping on "order sim" and following the instructions.
1. Sign into your app and tap the Airtime Rewards button at the top of your home screen.
2. Click 'Get started' and select 'Link mobile number'.
3. Choose the network provider you wish to earn rewards on.
4. Enter your mobile number and click 'Continue'.
Airtime Rewards are earned by making transactions anywhere using your Spot virtual or physical card, including using Tap & Pay, Snapscan, Zapper, and Masterpass. Please note that certain Spot transactions are excluded, such as EFT, Ozow (Instant EFT), ATM withdrawals, and non-card-based in-app payments (excluding refunds or reversals).
If you didn't receive your airtime rewards, it could be due to the following reasons:
- Your transaction wasn't processed on the Spot app or Physical card.
- Your transaction wasn't processed successfully. Check your transaction history in the app.
- Your Airtime Rewards haven't been allocated to your SIM card. It may take up to 48 hours for rewards to be loaded following a successful transaction.
