How can I delete my account on Spot?

How to Delete Your Account :e-mail: Send an email to hello@spotmoney.com requesting account deletion.
The email must be sent from the registered email address linked to your Spot account.

We kindly request a reason for your account deletion to help us improve Spot and better understand our users' needs.

Potential reasoning for deleting the account A few determinations, perhaps, avoiding unused accounts, debt or credit management or improved financial control. These are reasons that we completely understand.

What If My Request Email Doesn't Match My Registered Email? For security reasons, the email request must match the registered email on your Spot account. If you can’t access your registered email, please contact our support team via hello@spotmoney.com or chat with us in the app for assistance.

How Long Does It Take to Delete My Account?
The account deletion process may vary, but we strive to process requests quickly. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted. Before Deleting Your Account, Keep in Mind that your remaining balance must be withdrawn before requesting deletion.  Once deleted, your account cannot be restored, and you’ll need to sign up again if you return. 

If you have an active subscription, be sure to cancel it before deletion.
