How do I spot a friend?

Cash can be sent to your friend as long as they are active on Spot.

Make sure that you have saved their phone number on your phone and that it is the same number associated with their spot account before you Spot them.

Let's send cash to your family and friends:

Tap transact button on the bottom of your screen.
Tap Pay a friend. If your friend isn't on the Spot app, you can find them in your My phone contacts list.
Enter the amount then tap Next.
Choose a category (totally optional, but it lets the person know what the cash is for).
Select the account you want to pay from and tap Next.
Do you see the You're about to pay screen? Check the details and when you're happy, tap Pay.
You'll see a "Success" screen once the transaction has been processed.
We'll notify your friend that you've sent them cash and you'll get a notification too.
