There are a few reasons why you could be having trouble adding your email address. Here are some suggestions on how you can fix this.
- Check your internet connectivity and the spelling of your email address.
- Be sure to enter a valid email in the correct format as in the example: james@spot.co.za or james@spot.com and so on.
- You may have previously signed up using the same email address which causes conflict. In this case, just chat to us by tapping the Get help button in-app or on the website and we'll get on this.
