How do I change / update my email address?

Keeping your email address up to date ensures you receive important notifications, security alerts, and account updates. If you need to change your email address, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Spot app.
2. Tap Profile at the bottom right of your screen.
3. Select Change Email Address and enter your new email.
4. Tap Change to submit your request.
5. We'll process your update—this may take a few moments.
6. Once updated, your new email will reflect in your Profile Details section.
