How to Add a new account?

A new account by default comes with a virtual card which is exactly like a physical plastic card and comes complete with a card number, expiry date, and CVV. You can use your virtual card to safely shop online and sign up for online subscriptions.

Adding a new account is really easy. Ready?

1. Sign in to your Spot app.
2. On the home screen, tap the dropdown (You can find this above your balance next to your primary account), swipe down until you get to the Add new button.
3. Got it? Great! Choose a name for your new account (the name will be for your virtual card).
4. Click Save, give the app a few seconds to do its magic and ta-da, you have a new virtual card.

Heads up. You can only create three new accounts, which means your virtual cards are capped at three too - but five if you count your two default accounts (Primary and Reward account).
