            Where can I find my account confirmation Letter?

            1. Open the Spot app and sign in.


            2. Tap on your profile in the top right corner.           

            3. Select Bank Account Details.

            4. Scroll down and find the Bank Account Confirmation Letter option.  
             5. Enter your email address or keep the default one, then click Send.
                                                  SUCCESS!

            If you have trouble receiving the letter, tap Get Help in the app.

            Here's a quick guide:

            1. Tap the top right corner.
            2. Tap Bank Account Details.
            3. Enter your email (or keep the default) and tap Send.
