To access your Spot app, sign in and tap on your profile located in the top right-hand corner. Then, select Bank Account Details and scroll down to locate the Bank Account Confirmation Letter option.
Enter the desired email address for delivery or keep the default email and click on send. If you encounter any difficulties in receiving the letter, please contact our support team by tapping on Get Help within the app or emailing us at [email protected].
