We’ve got your back. As soon as your card order is confirmed, you’ll receive SMS and email notifications to keep you in the loop on your card’s journey to you. Expect the following:
- Notification 1: Order Confirmed.
- Notification 2: Out on Delivery today (delivery is 8am - 5pm).
- Notification 3: Thank You (once delivered).
If you choose to collect your card at one of our Pargo's Pick-up Points, you’ll receive SMS and email notifications for:
- Order Confirmed.
- Order is ready for collection at selected Pargo Pickup Point (with an OTP code to collect).
- Reminder to collect after 2 days at Pick-up Point.
- Reminder to collect after 5 days at Pick-up Point.
- Final reminder to collect after 8 days at Pick-up Point.
- Thank You for collecting (once collected).
You can also track your delivery on the Pargo website, just use the waybill number (tracking code) provided in your delivery notifications.
