How Do I Replace My Lost Or Stolen Spot Card?

Getting your card lost or stolen is quite disheartening. That’s why we’ve made it quick and easy for you to replace your minty card from the luxury of your couch.

Heads up. we charge a card replacement and delivery fee of R89.00 and Free if you collect your card at our nearest available Pargo collection point.

Follow these steps to replace your card:

  1. Sign in to your Spot app.
  2. Tap the cards icon (sceenshot 1) at the bottom of your home screen.
  3. Tap the card you wish to replace, tap Replace Card. You’ll be prompted to confirm if you’d like to proceed with your card replacement. Please note that your current card will be deactivated, so be absolutely certain before moving forward.
  4. Tap Yes if you wish to proceed or No to cancel the request. (Screenshot 2)
  5. If you tap the Yes button you will be navigated to confirm your order process. Once done, your card is on their way.
