How do I replace my lost or stolen Spot card?

Getting your card lost or stolen is quite disheartening. That’s why we’ve made it quick and easy for you to replace your minty card from the luxury of your couch.

Heads up. we charge a card replacement and delivery fee of R89.00.

Follow these steps to replace your card:

  1. Sign in to your Spot app.
  2. Tap the card icon at the bottom of your home screen.
  3. Tap the card you wish to replace, tap Replace Card.
  4. You’ll be prompted to confirm if you’d like to proceed with your card replacement. Please note that your current card will be deactivated, so be absolutely certain before moving forward.
  5. Tap Yes if you wish to proceed or No to cancel the request.
  6. If you choose Yes, select your reason for replacing your card (Lost or Stolen) and accept our Terms and Conditions to give your consent.
  7. Tap the Replace Card button to complete the process.
