Losing your card can be frustrating—but replacing it doesn't have to be. We've made it simple and convenient to order a new Minty card, right from the comfort of your couch.

To ensure your access and security remain uninterrupted, follow these easy steps to get a replacement:

Please note:
There’s a R89.00 fee for card replacement and delivery.
It’s free if you choose to collect your card from the nearest Clicks collection point.

How to Replace Your Card:

  1. Open your Spot app and sign in.

  2. Tap the Cards icon at the bottom of your home screen (see Screenshot 1).

  3. Select the card you want to replace, then tap Replace Card.

  4. Confirm your decision—keep in mind your current card will be deactivated.

  5. Tap Yes to proceed or No to cancel (see Screenshot 2).

  6. If you confirm, you’ll be taken through the order confirmation process. Once complete, your new card will be on its way.

When your new card arrives, don’t forget to activate it in the Spot app before using it.
