What do I do if my card is lost?

Freeze your card. This keeps your cash in your account and out of the wrong hands.

To freeze your card:

  1. Sign into your Spot app. 
  2. Tap the card icon at the bottom of your home screen.
  3. Tap on the card you want to freeze and hit Freeze card.
  4. We'll ask you to confirm, choose Yes to freeze or No to cancel.

If you’re lucky enough to find your lost card, you can easily reactivate it by following these steps:

  1. Tap the card icon at the bottom of your home screen.
  2. Toggle to the Frozen cards section.
  3. Tap on the card you want to freeze and hit Unfreeze card.
  4. We'll ask you to confirm, choose Yes to unfreeze or No to cancel.
