What do I do if my card is lost?

We recommend Freezing your card to keep your money safe and prevents unauthorized use.


To Freeze your card:


1. Open the Spot app.

2. Tap the card icon at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select the card you want to freeze, then tap "Freeze card."

4. Confirm by selecting "Yes" to freeze or "No" to cancel.


If you find your lost card, you can Unfreeze it and then order a new card:


1. Open the Spot app.

2. Tap the card icon at the bottom of the screen.

3. Go to the "Frozen cards" section.

4. Select the card you want to unfreeze and tap "Unfreeze card".

5. Confirm by selecting "Yes" to unfreeze.
