I can't find my suburb on the address list, what should I do?

If you’re having trouble locating your address details in the app, send us your address and we’ll update it on our end.

What we’ll need:

  1. Your name.
  2. Street address, including the street number or flat number.
  3. Suburb.
  4. Province.
  5. Postal code.
  6. Phone number.

Once your details are updated, you'll receive a notification from our courier partner, Pargo, letting you know that your card is on its way.
