I'm having trouble activating my biometric sign-in. How do I fix it?

Here are some basic troubleshooting steps to help you activate your Touch ID or Facial recognition sign-in:?

  1. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  2. Switch your phone off and back on.
  3. Download the Spot app from the Google PlayStore or iOS app store.
  4. Sign in to your Spot app and tap on your profile pic on the top right of your app screen.
  5. Turn your touchID on by sliding the Biometric Sign In toggle right.
  6. Enter your PIN to confirm the activation.

That should do the trick.
