To keep your Spot account safe, we use a biometric liveness check as part of the verification process. This helps us make sure it's really you.

Here’s how it works: During the check, you'll look at your camera and follow the on-screen instructions. The system will take your picture and compare it with records from the Department of Home Affairs to confirm your identity.

Tips for a smooth verification:

• Position your face within the frame.
• Keep your device at eye level.
• Follow the instructions to move your head, but don’t move the camera.
• Avoid any big or fast movements.
