How do I freeze and unfreeze my virtual cards?

You can freeze and unfreeze your virtual card instantly in the cards section of your Spot app. Please note that once you freeze your card, you won't be able to make any transactions or see your transaction history.

To freeze your card:

Tap the card icon at the bottom of your home screen.

Tap on the card you want to freeze and hit Freeze card.

We'll ask you to confirm, you choose Yes to freeze or No to cancel.

To unfreeze your card:

Tap the card icon at the bottom of your home screen.

Toggle to the Frozen cards section.

Tap on the card you want to freeze and hit Unfreeze card.

We'll ask you to confirm, you choose Yes to unfreeze or No to cancel.
