Creating a group account is a straightforward way to enable multiple users to access shared resources—such as files, tools, or funds—while managing activity tracking and responsibilities in one place, without relying on an individual’s personal account.
All members of your group account can top up and transact with that account only. They won't have access to any of your personal accounts or private information—ever. Additionally, you cannot share your account with anyone who isn't on the Spot app. Part of having an active Spot account is being FICA verified.
However, it's important to know who you're sharing your account with, as the responsibility of managing it rests solely with you. If you want to read our full shared account Terms and Conditions, you can check them out here.
