Why can’t I see the Spot Me Now feature in the app?

The Spot Me Now feature is only available to customers who meet our eligibility criteria. This is based on our soft credit score check and it allows us to calculate how much we believe you can afford and if you’ll be able to repay your installments.

  1. If your profile meets the criteria, the Spot Me Now feature and a spending limit offer will be displayed in your app.
  2. To complete your Spot Me Now activation, you’ll need to pay your first installment upfront. Tap Pay Now to proceed with your first installment payment.
  3. And that’s it! As soon as your 1st installment payment is confirmed your Spot Me Now service will be activated.
