Why did my spot a friend transaction fail?

First things first:

  1. Make sure that you have strong internet connectivity. 
  2. You might not have enough funds in your wallet or you're sending more than what you have.
  3. Your transaction was interrupted.

There could be different scenarios that may require an investigation. If your transactions are still failing after making sure that you're connected to the internet and you have enough cash, etc., take a screenshot of the error and tap Get help in your Spot app. You can also mail us at [email protected]
