Why didn’t I receive my airtime rewards instantly?

It can take up to 48 hours for your airtime rewards to be loaded following a successful transaction.

Sometimes a transaction can be reversed, declined or refunded. As such, we require a 48-hour period to ensure that your qualifying transaction processes successfully.

Please reach out to our Support Team if your airtime rewards haven’t loaded within 48 hours.
