There could be a few reasons why you didn’t receive your airtime rewards:
- Your transaction wasn’t processed on the Spot app or Physical card. Airtime rewards are only available when you shop using your Spot app or Spot debit card.
- Your transaction wasn’t processed successfully. You can check your transaction history by tapping “History” in the app. Sometimes your transaction can be reversed, declined or refunded. Airtime Rewards can only be claimed on a successful Spot transaction.
- Your Airtime Rewards haven’t been allocated to your SIM card.It takes up to 48 hours for your airtime rewards to be loaded following a successful transaction.
