I shopped at a participating store and didn’t receive my airtime. What now?

There are a few reasons why you might not have received your airtime rewards:

  1. Your transaction wasn’t made with the Spot app or physical card. Airtime rewards are only given for purchases made with your Spot app or Spot debit card.
  2. Your transaction didn’t go through successfully. You can check your transaction history by tapping "History" in the app. Sometimes transactions are declined, reversed, or refunded. Airtime rewards only apply to successful transactions.
  3. Your airtime rewards might not have been added to your SIM card yet. It can take up to 48 hours for rewards to show up after a successful transaction.
