How do I change / activate a subscription?

Looking to change your Spot Mobile subscription or activate a new plan? Follow these simple steps in the Spot Money app:

Steps to Change or Activate a Subscription:

  1. Open the Spot Money app.
  2. Tap the "Mobile" tab at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Tap the dotted menu next to your number.
  4. Select "Change Plan" from the menu.


  5. Browse and choose the subscription plan that suits your needs.
  6. If you haven't linked a payment card yet, you’ll be prompted to add one for payment. For assistance with adding a card see [this] article
  7. Tap "Confirm Plan" to complete the process.

What Happens Next?

  • Your new subscription will be activated immediately or from your next billing cycle, depending on the plan.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once the change is successful.
  • You can check and manage your active plan anytime under the "Mobile" tab in the app.
  • If you have any issues, reach out to Spot Support via the "Help" section in the app.
