Trouble entering your SA ID?

Please make sure your SA ID number is entered exactly as it appears on your ID book or smart card.


If you have already registered it in the past using different login details a duplicate may have been created which can easily be solved on our end.


If this is the case, you can reach out to our Support Team by clicking the "Help" button in-app.


  • To find the "Help" button in the app, navigate to the homepage of your app, scroll down to the "Quick Links" section, select "More...", and then select the "Help" option:
