Trouble entering your SA ID?

Make sure your SA ID number is entered exactly as it appears on your ID book or smart card.


If you've used a different login before, a duplicate account might have been created. Don't worry, we can fix this for you.


Just contact our Support Team by clicking the "Help" button in the app.


To find the "Help" button, go to the homepage, scroll down to "Quick Links," select "More...", and then tap "Help."
