Check your SA ID number to ensure it's correct and you're entering the number as it appears on your SA ID book/smartcard. 

If your ID already exists, it could be linked to a previously registered Spot account. Please chat to us by tapping the Get help button in-app or on our website and we’ll get to the bottom of this.
