My Ozow top-up shows as Pending in my Spot app. What does this mean?

Sometimes an incomplete or unsuccessful Ozow top-up will reflect as "pending" on your in-app transaction feed. The reality is that a transaction that is not confirmed as successful will not go through and the "pending" state won't change to "successful" at a later stage. 

Please note. 
An FNB Ozow transaction may take up to 24 hours to reflect. Once it’s completed, we’ve found that subsequent transactions are recognized more quickly by FNB, allowing them to process faster. 

All Ozow transactions are processed in real-time. If a deduction doesn't occur on your bank account, you'll need to retry the top-up. If you need clarification around this, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team.
