Why can't I see my contacts?

You need to give your Spot app permission to access your contacts list. This allows you to select a contact to send money to.  If you didn't give your permission when you downloaded the app, you'll still be able to change the settings on your phone.

Here's how: 

Android:

1. Go to Settings> Apps.
2. Tap Menu> Show System and select Spot.
3. Tap Permissions and toggle to give Spot permission to access your Contacts.

You may also have to grant permission to access Storage.

Apple:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Scroll down to your Apps. 
3. Scroll down to Spot App 
4. Toggle the contacts button to give Spot permission to access your Contacts.

Once you've granted Spot access to your contacts, close your app and sign back in. Your contact list will appear on your "pay a friend" list.
