Oops! I paid the wrong person. How do I reverse a transaction?

Once a payment is made to a registered Spot number, it can't be refunded or canceled. If you sent money to a number that isn’t registered with Spot, you’ll get your money back in 7 days.

If the number is registered, you’ll need to ask them directly for a refund. You can send a Request Pay, call, or text them.

Please make sure you’re sending money to the right person before confirming the payment!
