Your instalments will always be interest and fee free as long as you pay on time. We’ll be sure to send you a reminder before your instalments are due and you’ll have a full breakdown of your instalment structure on your app.

If we’re unable to collect your instalment from your Primary Spot account, we will try to collect the instalment from the 3rd party bank account you linked when you activated Spot Me Now. If we are still unable to collect the instalment, you will incur a default fee for each missed instalment, and we will reach out to arrange payment.
