If you’re needing physical cash, you can withdraw money from an ATM. Keep in mind that this could cost you fees, but transacting using your app or Mastercard-powered card is absolutely free!
If you’re needing to pay someone that doesn’t have Spot here’s how you can pay them:
- Get them to download Spot! Paying friends and family is instant & free in the app.
If that doesn’t work, you can add them as a beneficiary. Head’s up, it may take 1-3 business days for the funds to reach the destination bank account.
How to pay a Beneficiary:
- Tap Send Money at the bottom centre of your screen.
- Select Pay a Beneficiary.
- Select the beneficiary you wish to pay or add a new one by tapping add new beneficiary and filling in the account details.
- Add the amount and tap Next.
- Add a category, then tap Next.
- Choose the account you want to pay from, then tap Next then pay.
- The amount will be deducted from your account, and you'll get a notification letting you know that your payment was successful.
