What are the fees to cash-out?

We don't charge monthly account fees or transaction fees when you scan QR codes to pay or shop online with your virtual cards. We also never charge when you buy stuff in-app like prepaid electricity or airtime/data. And it won't cost you a cent to use our spot a friend feature to send cash. 

But we're not 100% fee-free. We charge a cash-out fee when you withdraw cash or EFT it out:

Cash-out with EFT

Cash-out in store

Local    R6 + 0.5% of cash-out value

International    R65

Cash-out with purchase     

Local    R6 + 0.5% of cash-out value

International    R65
