If you are facing any issues relating to payment transactions, we recommend reaching out to our team via the chat feature on the app. Please provide us with the following information to aid our investigation so that we can get this sorted out for you as soon as possible!:
- The date you attempted the transaction
- The amount of the transaction you attempted
- The type of transaction you are attempting (eg: card top up/eft payment or top up/RCS payment or top up/1Voucher purchase, etc.
- A screenshot of the error message if you can grab
Once you have the above information, follow the prompts as you have done via the "Get Help"/"Help" option in app, then simply select the option that will take you through to one of our friendly support agents.
