I topped up my account via EFT and I still haven't received my funds. What should I do?

The standard processing time for EFT-in transactions is 1-3  business days. If your funds haven't reached your Spot app within 3 days, please reach out to us on our Live Chat service and provide your bank-issued proof of payment.

You can chat with us by tapping the Get help button in your Spot app.  Our live chat service is available from 8AM to 8PM on weekdays and 9AM to 3PM on weekends.
