Your 4 digit OTP code is sent to the mobile number you signed up with. If you haven't received the OTP:
- Make sure your SA mobile number is the exact same one you've used to sign up to Spot.
- A red counter will appear counting down the time left to use your OTP. You have 2 minutes. If the OTP doesn't arrive in that time, you can request another OTP and the counter starts over.
- Still not receiving your OTP? The number may be blocked. Check that no number blocking apps are enabled on your mobile.
- If you still haven't received your OTP, chat to us by hitting the Get help button in your app and we’ll look into it.
