Your 4 digit OTP code is sent to the mobile number you signed up with. If you haven't received the OTP:

  1. Make sure your SA mobile number is the exact same one you've used to sign up to Spot. 
  2. A red counter will appear counting down the time left to use your OTP. You have 2 minutes. If the OTP doesn't arrive in that time, you can request another OTP and the counter starts over.
  3. Still not receiving your OTP? The number may be blocked. Check that no number blocking apps are enabled on your mobile. 
  4. If you still haven't received your OTP, chat to us by hitting the Get help button in your app and we’ll look into it.
