Follow the steps below to download a proof of payment via the app.
- Sign in to your Spot App.
- Tap Transact at the bottom centre of your screen.
- Select Pay a beneficiary.
- Select the beneficiary made the payment to
- Tap Send proof of payment.
- Enter your email address and tap send proof of payment
