How Do I Add A New Beneficiary?

You can add as many beneficiaries as you want in the Spot app, making future payments quicker since their details will be saved.

Steps to Add a Beneficiary:

1. Open the Spot app and log in.

2. Tap Transact at the bottom.

3. Select EFT Payments.

4. Tap Pay a Beneficiary.

5. Select Add a new Beneficiary. (Even if they don’t use Spot, you can still add them.)

6. Enter their details: Name, Account Type, Bank, Branch Code, and Account Number.

7. Tap Save.

That’s it! The beneficiary’s details are now saved and ready for future payments.
