How Do I Add A New Beneficiary?

You can add as many beneficiaries as you want on the Spot app. This saves you time since their details will be saved for future payments.

How to Add a Beneficiary:

1. Open your Spot app and log in.
2. Tap Transact at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select EFT Payments.
4. Tap Pay a Beneficiary.
5. Select Add a new Beneficiary. (No worries if they don’t use Spot—you can still add and pay them.)
6. Fill in their details: Account Holder Name, Account Type, Bank, Branch Code, and Account Number.
7. Done! Their information is saved for future payments, so you won’t need to add it again.

That’s it! Your beneficiary’s details are now saved in your Spot account. You won’t need to add them again—they’ll be ready for future payments whenever you need them.
