Finding yourself locked out of your Spot account? Don’t worry, your Spot account is soft-locked for the protection of your account and our business. 

Recent transactional activity may have triggered a security soft lock on your account. We need to ensure our awesome customers are using their Spot app for the reasons it’s intended for and not for anything that’s in breach of our Ts&Cs like rewards gaming, money looping, or money laundering.
