The Spot app is compatible and works well with most smartphones. However, not all mobile devices are created equal so here's a few tips you could try to prevent your app from crashing:
- Free up your some storage by deleting unwanted apps or photos to ensure your mobile phone has enough storage capacity. You'll need at least 100MB free storage space to experience your app seamlessly.
- Update your mobile phone's OS software to the latest version. Our app works best on more recent Android and Apple operating systems.
- Update your Spot App to the latest app version. We're constantly improving our app and releasing new versions that fix known issues. An updated version of your app will likely help with resolving crashing issues.
