The Spot app is compatible with most smartphones. However, not all mobile devices are created equal so here are a few tips you could try to prevent your app from crashing:
- Free Up Some Storage: Deleting unwanted or unused apps or photos ensures your mobile phone has enough storage capacity. You'll need at least 100MB of free storage space to experience your app seamlessly.
- Restarting Your Device: This can sometimes improve your device's performance.
- Update Your Mobile Phone's OS Software: It is always best to have the latest version of your phone's software update installed. Our app works best on more recent Android and Apple operating systems.
- Update Your Spot App To The Latest App Version: We're constantly improving our app and releasing new versions to release new features and fix issues. An updated version of your app will likely help with resolving crashing issues.
- Close Other Apps Running In The Background: Having too many apps open at once can slow down your phone and can lead to apps crashing.
- Try Downloading The App On A Different Device.
